1.Defects of design. The fracture happened in graphite crucible combining site generally. And it is transverse fracture normally.

2. Defects of processing. It is cracking from seams, then spreading. It usually split along the vertical direction.

3. Defect of raw material. This is the biggest question. Although the overall is uniformity, the same piece of graphite still exist certain differences between the inside parts. Which determines the graphite exist certain problems fundamentally.

4.Incorrect use while operating. This question mainly appear while cooling furnace. If it is too quickly while cooling, the different temperature between the outer and internal stress may cause crack beyond the scope of crucible can bear. It is easy to cause crack.

 5.Improper transportation loading and unloading. Loading and unloading mainly occurred in the process of transportation.
